An Act relative to MSBA school funding.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The school building advisory board established in section 3A of chapter 70B of the General Laws shall commission a study of the funding mechanisms for primary, secondary, technical, vocational and agricultural school facilities.
