An Act relative to addressing the trauma associated with substance abuse treatment.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Qualified social workers and clinicians performing court-ordered evaluations pursuant to section 35 of chapter 123 of the General Laws in Suffolk County may perform said evaluations remotely in a hospital or medical facility in Suffolk County.
