Chapter 128 is hereby amended by inserting, after section 2B, a new section:-

Section 2B1/2.  Rodeos

Rodeos shall comply with the rules, regulations, standards, and practices established by the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association.  For the purposes of this section, “rodeo” shall be defined as “a competition or exhibition in which individuals compete by or showcase skills associated with traditional cowboy activities, including but not limited to bull riding, bronc riding, bareback bronc riding, steer wrestling, calf roping, and team roping, and include the use of animals, including but not limited to bulls, steers, calves, broncs, and horses”.
