An Act relative to district court jurisdiction.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 26 of Chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following words after paragraph (1) of section twenty-four L:- “, subparagraph two of paragraph a1/2 of subsection two of section twenty-four”
