An Act relative to the enabling statute of the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 50 of Chapter 7 is hereby amended by striking paragraphs (i), (j) and (p).
