An Act relative to municipal building officials.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The definition of “Group 2” as set forth in subparagraph (g) of paragraph (2) of section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words, “Public works building police”, the following:- “; municipal building officials certified by the Commonwealth;”.
