An Act relative to accrued leave while awaiting a determination of 111F.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
C. 41& 111F is hereby amended by inserting the following at the end of the 2nd paragraph: " In the event that an officer has to use any accrued leave while awaiting a determination of 111F status and the final determination is favorable then any accrued leave used during the period shall be restored to the officer. "
