An Act relative to making Election Day a state holiday.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “October”, in line 111, the following words:- “the day in November in any year in which presidential electors are to be elected,”
