An Act regarding the alternative energy portfolios standard.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1 Chapter 25A as appearing in the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by striking out Section 11F1/2.
