An Act relative to obstructed views while driving.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 13 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- A violation of this section for the presence of 1 or more small items hanging from the rearview mirror of a motor vehicle in operation shall only be enforced by law enforcement agencies when an operator of a motor vehicle has been stopped for some other violation of the motor vehicle laws or some other offense.
