SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law or town bylaw or charter provision to the contrary, all acts and proceedings taken by the town of Hardwick at the special election held on January 18, 2025, and all actions taken pursuant thereto, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if the town had complied with the statutory requirement to conduct the election no later than 90 days after the date of the close of the town meeting at which an appropriation vote was adopted.

 SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
