An Act relative to the Dracut Water Supply District.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The Dracut water supply district, established in section 1 of chapter 433 of the acts of 1905, may supply and sell water for domestic and other purposes to the town of Pelham, New Hampshire or a water district servicing the town, the town of Hudson, New Hampshire or a water district servicing the town and to the Kenwood water district of the town of Dracut.
