An Act to eliminate the North River Commission and put in the hands of local town conservation commission.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 62 of chapter 367 of the acts of 1978 is hereby repealed.
