In the One Hundred and Ninety-Fourth General Court

An Act relative to the town of Richmond Free Public Library.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the board of trustees of the town of Richmond Free Public Library may invest any present or future gifts and donations received by and for the Richmond Free Public Library in a separate interest-bearing account.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
