An Act amending the charter of the city of Malden.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Sections 16, 20, 21, 23A, 23C, 23D, 23F, 23G and 32 of chapter 169 of the acts of 1881 are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
