An Act relative to fraternal organizations conducting bazaars.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 7A of chapter 271 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the last paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-
No organization issued a permit under this section shall conduct more than 1 bazaar in any single calendar day. The operation of a bazaar shall be limited to 5 consecutive hours.
