An Act relative to the adjudicative process of the Board of State Examiners of Electricians.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 13 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 32A the following new section:-
Section 32B. Dispute hearings before the board of state examiners of electricians and the board of electricians’ appeals shall be open to the public. The boards shall permit a member of the public for whom the electrician in the dispute has conducted electrical work to submit a written affidavit or testimonial about the electrician’s work.
