Murray (by vote of the town) that the town of Milford be authorized to grant an additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be consumed on the premises in said town, reports recommending that the accompanying bill (House, No. 4359) ought to pass [Local Approval Received].

An Act authorizing the town of Milford to convert a license for the sale of wine and malt beverages into a license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be consumed on the premises.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 1 of Chapter 289 of the Acts of 2022 is hereby amended by striking out, in subsection (a), the words “wine and malt beverages” and inserting in place thereof the words:- all alcoholic beverages.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
