HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, November 17, 2025.

 The committee on Transportation, to whom was referred the joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3775) of Lindsay N. Sabadosa and Joanne M. Comerford (by vote of the town) that the town of Hatfield be authorized to permit the use of golf carts on the public ways in said town, reports recommending that the accompanying order (House, No. 4727) ought to be adopted [Representative Armini of Marblehead dissents].

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts

 Ordered, That the committee on Transportation be authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House document numbered 3775, relative to Golf Carts.

 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2026.
