Rogers relative to Natural Heritage and Endangered Species administrative fees; the petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3240) of Adam J. Scanlon for legislation to establish a local option tax on owners of certain shopping malls; the petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3969) of Orlando Ramos relative to urban farmland taxation; and the petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4105) of Barbara Kellogg relative to the distribution of certain gaming revenue, reports recommending that the accompanying order (House, No. 5068) ought to be adopted.

 Ordered, That the committee on Revenue be authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 3047, 3161, 3220, 3223, 3240, 3969 and 4105, relative to Revenue Petitions concerning agriculture, land use and environment.

 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2026.
