Sabadosa and Samantha MontaƱo for the issuance of an annual proclamation by the Governor to designate September 20th as LGBTQ+ veterans day; and the petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3413) of John Berryhill that the commissioner of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance be authorized to grant Lampson Brook Farm in the town of Belchertown to the Nipmuc Indian Development Corporation, and to the New England Small Farm Institute, reports recommending that the accompanying order (House, No. 5168) ought to be adopted.

 Ordered, That the committee on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight be authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 3294, 3304, 3316, 3320, 3322, 3338, 3344, 3353, 3412 and 3413, relative to public records, proclamation of certain days, official designations and other state administration and regulatory oversight issues.

 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2026.
