 Ordered, That the committee on Public Health be authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 2376, 2418, 2431, 2449, 2458, 2492, 2493, 2495, 2512, 2541, 2545, 2546, 2547, 2548, 2549, 2555, 2559, 3954 and 3961, relative to medical procedures, vaccinations, public health systems and other public health issues.

 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2026.
