An Act relating to the transfer of interest in land in West Brookfield.

 

 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

 SECTION 1.  Section 2 of chapter 132 of the acts of 2022 is hereby amended by adding the following words at the end of the first sentence:-“and certain permanent and temporary easements shown on the property identified as 652 West Main Street on the plans referenced in section 1, as may be amended, and located upon land owned by the department of fish and game pursuant to an order of taking dated May 31, 2023, and recorded with the Worcester district registry of deeds in book 69239, page 355, which was acquired for the purpose of fish and wildlife conservation, natural habitat protection, and associated public recreation”.

 SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
