 The committee on Public Service, to whom was referred the petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3936) of Danillo A. Sena for legislation to establish a sick leave bank for Richard Curley, an employee of the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office, reports recommending that the accompanying order (House, No. 5393) ought to be adopted.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts

 Ordered, That the committee on Public Service be authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House document numbered 3936, relative to a sick leave bank.

 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2026.
