Rogers, Samantha MontaƱo and others relative to enabling cities and towns to stabilize rents and protect tenants; the petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4163) of Kristin E. Kassner relative to including accessory dwelling units in subsidized housing inventory; the joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4410) of Hadley Luddy and Julian Cyr relative to funding housing and mitigating investor real estate in seasonal communities; and the petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4411) of Hadley Luddy and Thomas W. Moakley relative to housing in seasonal communities, reports (under the provisions of House Rule 27) recommending that the accompanying order (House, No. 5647) ought to be adopted.

Ordered, That the committee on Housing be authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 2328, 4163, 4410 and 4411, relative to Housing matters.
Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2026.
