HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, August 13, 2026.

 The committee on Public Service, to whom was referred the petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 5420) of David Henry Argosky LeBoeuf, Peter J. Durant and Paul K. Frost (by vote of the town) that the town of Leicester be authorized to continue the employment of Kenneth M. Antanavica as police chief of said town, reports (under the provisions of House Rule 27) recommending that the accompanying order (House, No. 5648) ought to be adopted.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts

 Ordered, That the committee on Public Service be authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House document numbered 5420, relative to the town of Leicester.

 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2026.
