An Act relative to the retirement classification of Crystal Swinimer, an employee of the Middlesex County Sheriff's Office.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding paragraph (g) of subdivision (2) of section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, section 5 of said chapter 32 or any other general or special law to the contrary, Crystal Swinimer, an assistant deputy superintendent with the Middlesex Sheriff's Office and a member of the Massachusetts State Retirement system, shall be classified under the provisions of SECTION 28N of said Chapter 32.
