SECTION 1. Section 57 of chapter 131 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “season”, in line 1, the following words:- , except for hunting with a bow and arrow or crossbow pursuant to section 69.
SECTION 2. Said section 57 of said chapter 131, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “mammal”, in line 3, the following words:- , except by bow and arrow or crossbow pursuant to said section 69,.
SECTION 3. Said section 57 of said chapter 131, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “, shotgun or bow and arrow”, in line 4, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- or shotgun.
