An Act authorizing the city of Revere retirement board to pay a certain sum of money to Debra Collar, beneficiary of Eleanor Collar.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary upon the death of Eleanor Collar the Revere retirement board shall pay to her beneficiary Debra Collar an allowance equal to that which would have been paid had Sally Collar been named as Eleanor’s Option C beneficiary pursuant to G.L. c. 32, s. 12(2)(c) at the time of retirement.
