An Act Relative to the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection 3 of section 66 of chapter 9 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “June 2” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “July 31”.
SECTION 2. Subsection 6(b) of section 66 of chapter 3 of the Generals Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following clause:- “Said account may be an interest bearing account. Any interest earned on the assets of the account shall also be credited to said account.”.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon passage.
