An Act increasing the reimbursement rate for special education expenses.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 5A of Chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the following in subsection (c):- "75 per cent" and inserting in place thereof the following:- "90 per cent".

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on July 1, 2025.
