An Act requiring a Massachusetts Fishermen's Partnership Seat on the seaport economic council.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Not withstanding any state law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Fishermen's Partnership shall have a seat on the Commonwealth's Seaport Economic Council.
