An Act relative to reducing the use of toxic pesticides in the town of Eastham.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding chapter 132B of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Eastham may regulate through by-law the use of toxic pesticides within the town.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
