Chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 15FFFFFFF the following section:-
Section 15GGGGGGG. The governor shall annually set apart June 4 as Save Our Streets Day, as a day of compassion and remembrance for unsolved homicide victims and their families, and recommending that the day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
