An Act relative to the transportation of vessels in the villages of Marston Mills and Osterville in the town of Barnstable.

 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

 Chapter 390 of the acts of 2024 , as amended by section 80 of chapter 14 of the acts of 2025 , is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “Yarmouth” the following words:- and may cross over state highway route 28 at various intersections located on state highway route 28 in the town of Barnstable
