SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 86 of the acts of 2026 is hereby amended by striking out, in the second sentence of subsection 2-3-1 of section 3 of chapter 2, the word “April” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- June.
SECTION 2. Section 4 of said chapter 86 is hereby amended by striking out subsection 5-1-1 of section 1 of chapter 5 and inserting in place thereof the following subsection:-
5-1-1 The regular election for all town offices shall be by official ballot held on the second Saturday of June of each year.
