An Act relative to modernizing the general laws to promote access to substance use disorder treatment.

 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

 Section 35 of Chapter 123 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words "blood relative" the following words: ", parent, as defined in section 10 of chapter 166 of the acts of 2024, or other family member as established by law"
