An Act establishing long term water supply sustainability for the city known as the town of Bridgewater.

 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

 SECTION 1. An act directing the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to work with City known as the Town of Bridgewater to study the feasibility of various potential water resources. These resources shall include but are not limited to the Taunton River, Massachusetts Correction Institution Land and locally owned private property for potential water supply resources. The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) shall establish a committee that must include Bridgewater town officials.

 SECTION 2. The Committee shall recommend if any of these resources are viable for development for future water supply for the City known as the Town of Bridgewater.
