An Act designating Three Miles bridge in the town of Ware as the Gilbert St. George-Sorel Memorial bridge.

 Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to  designate a certain bridge in the town of Ware, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
 

 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

 Bridge number W05015, also known as Three Mile bridge, located on state highway route 32 in the town of Ware and spanning the Ware river, shall be designated and known as the Gilbert St. George-Sorel Memorial bridge. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
