An Act tax exemption for veteran organizations.

 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

 Section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "period", in line 24, the following words:-, or to a veterans' organization that is exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(19) of the Federal Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and in effect for the applicable period.
