An Act relative to damages for employees aggrieved by violations of the Massachusetts Wage Act.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 150 of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 37, the words “and shall” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- and, except for violations of section 148, shall.
