An Act enabling clean energy transition.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 16 of Chapter 25A of the General Laws as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition is hereby amended by adding at the end after subsection (f) the following subsection:-
(g) The executive office of energy and environmental affairs shall promulgate standards and regulations for cost disclosure at all public vehicle charging stations. The owner or operator of a public electric vehicle charging station or a designee shall place at each public charging station where there is a cost to charge, a standardized cost disclosure notice based on the aforementioned standards.
