An Act establishing a virtual classroom option for driver's education.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 8 of chapter 90 the general laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in clause (c) after the words “not less than 30 hours of” the following words:- virtual, including self-paced online courses or;

SECTION 2. Section 32G of chapter 90 of the general laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “after the completion of the” the following words: - virtual, including self-paced online courses or.
