An Act increasing first assistant clerks in Berkshire County.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of chapter 221 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the first paragraph, after the words “Barnstable”, the following: - “, Berkshire”.
SECTION 2. Section 10 of chapter 221 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the words “Barnstable, 2 assistant clerks”, the following: - “Berkshire, 2 assistant clerks”.
