DiDomenico for legislation relative to investments by entities of the Commonwealth; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 730) of Peter J. Durant and Bruce E. Tarr for legislation to increase the Medicaid life insurance exemption; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 739) of Ryan C. Fattman and Bruce E. Tarr for legislation to promote insurance rate review transparency; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 795) of Mark C. Montigny for legislation relative to executive compensation for mutual companies; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 838) of Kirstin Beatty, for legislation to require all providers of transmitting antennas for telecommunications services or for video programming or television broadcast through mobile or radio services to obtain wireless infrastructure insurance that support electrical, mechanical, and non-ionizing radiation safety, report the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2814).
