An Act to facilitate the purchase of certain event tickets.

 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

 Section 185A of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in section 249 of chapter 238 of the acts of 2024, is hereby amended by striking out in subsection (a) the following words:- “the business of selling tickets or”.
