 Ordered, That the committee on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight be authorized and directed to make an investigation and study of certain current Senate document numbered 2922 relative to authorizing the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to grant easements to NSTAR electric company d/b/a Eversource Energy in return for NSTAR releasing or modifying easements for the benefit of the Commonwealth.
