An Act strengthening GPS tampering Laws.

 

 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

 Chapter 209A is hereby further amended in section 7 by inserting after the word “system” at the end of the eighth paragraph the following new paragraph:-

 “The intentional removal or destroying of said global positioning satellite tracking device with the goal of evading authorities or to cause harm without judicial approval or without a showing of necessity to prevent greater harm may constitute a felony."
