An Act relative to motor vehicle liability insurance requirements.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 34A of chapter 90, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the terms “twenty thousand” each time it appears and it replacing it with the following:- 100,000;

And further by striking the terms “forty thousand” each time it appears and replacing it with the following:- 200,000;

SECTION 2. Section 34O of chapter 90, as so appearing, is further amended by striking the terms “five thousand” and it replacing it with the following:- 20,000
