An Act relative to protecting personal data in ammunition transactions.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 37 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024, is hereby amended by deleting the word “ammunition” in subsection (h).

SECTION 2. Section 37 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024, is hereby amended by deleting the words “and ammunition” in subsection (h)(i).

SECTION 3. Section 37 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024, is hereby amended by deleting the words “or ammunition” in subsection (h)(ii).

SECTION 4. Section 37 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024, is hereby amended by deleting the words “or ammunition” in subsection (h)(iii).

SECTION 5. Section 37 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024, is hereby amended by deleting the words “or ammunition” in subsection (h)(iii).

SECTION 6. Section 37 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024, is hereby amended by deleting the words “or ammunition” in subsection (k).
